We accept returns for refund on full priced purchases postmarked within 14 days of receiving your package. We accept returns for store credit and exchanges on discounted or sale purchases (including purchase made using a discount code) postmarked within 30 days of receiving your package. All items must be unworn/unwashed and returned with the original hang tag and packaging. You must have original receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange. A $5 re-shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. Original shipping fees at purchase are non-refundable.
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your return and we will provide you with a return shipping label. A $5 re-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Step 2: Complete the Return/Exchange form and pack up your item.
Download and complete our Return/Exchange form, ensuring you've included your Order # and billing name. If you do not include this in your package, we won't know how to proceed and it will cause a delay in processing. Then, pack up unused items with original hang tag and any packaging and mail it to us using the return shipping label provided.
If the package does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the package and are not responsible for additional shipping fees back.
If you would like to exchange your item, please write the style/size/print you are exchanging for on the bottom of this paper and we will send your new item within 5-7 business days of receipt. If you are concerned that the item you want will sell out, we recommend that you place a new order and return for a refund.
