We hope you love your purchase, but if it didn't work out we are here to help you find the right style or exact item you are looking for! We are a small (but growing!) brand that operates under a small-batch business model. In order to operate we have a few policies for returns and exchanges.

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below.

We accept returns for refund on full priced purchases and exchanges/store credit on all items (unless otherwise marked final sale) postmarked within 15 days of receiving your package. All items must be unworn/unwashed and returned with the original hang tag and packaging. Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange. A $5 re-stocking fee will be deducted from refunds. Original shipping fees at purchase are non-refundable.

Once a shipping label is provided, you have 15 days to ship the item back to us before your shipping label will be voided.

PLEASE NOTE:
If the package does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the package and are not responsible for additional shipping fees back.

Once we've received your package, we'll process your return or exchange. If you are making a return for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount for your product, minus our restocking fee and the original shipping cost. If you are making an exchange, we'll restock your old item and send your new item. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and we're happy to help.
