We hope you love your purchase, but if it didn't work out we are here to help you find the right style or exact item you are looking for! We are a small (but growing!) brand that operates under a small-batch business model. In order to operate we have a few policies for returns and exchanges.

We accept returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of receiving your package. All items must be unworn/unwashed and returned with the original hang tag and packaging. You must have original receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange. A $5 re-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees at purchase are non-refundable.

Step 1: Email customerservice@shopyireh.com with details of your return and we will provide you with a return shipping label. A $5 re-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Step 2: Complete the Return/Exchange form and pack up your item.
Download and complete our Return/Exchange form, ensuring you've included your Order # and billing name. If you do not include this in your package, we won't know how to proceed and it will cause a delay in processing. Then, pack up unused items with original hang tag and any packaging and mail it to us using the return shipping label provided. 

PLEASE NOTE:
If the package does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the package and are not responsible for additional shipping fees back.

If you would like to exchange your item, please write the style/size/print you are exchanging for on the bottom of this paper and we will send your new item within 5-7 business days of receipt. If you are concerned that the item you want will sell out, we recommend that you place a new order and return for a refund.

Once we've received your package, we'll process your return or exchange. If you are making a return for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount for your product, minus the original shipping cost. If you are making an exchange, we'll restock your old item and send your new item. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and we're happy to help.
