When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included plus package protection in the case of lost or damaged packages. If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All items (unless otherwise marked final sale) are eligible to be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn/unwashed and returned with the original hang tag and packaging. In the case of damage or defect, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
